Canyon Falls Master Planned Community

Canyon Falls is a master planned community located in the Towns of Flower Mound and Northlake and the Town of Argyle Extra-territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) comprising approximately 1,242 acres. The mixed use residential community is located between U.S. Highway 377 on the east, IH 35W on the west, FM 1171 on the south, and the Town of Argyle on the north. Approximately 173 acres of the development is within the Town of Argyle ETJ adjacent to the Town’s southern boundary. The Town approved the development agreement with Canyon Falls Land Partners, LLP, on November 20, 2006. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality approved the creation of Canyon Falls Municipal Utility District No. 1 on December 29, 2008.

Canyon Falls II
Canyon Falls II is a 126-acre portion of the 1,242-acre Canyon Falls Master Planned Community located within the Town of Argyle fronting IH 35W. The community includes a mixed use of approximately 55 acres of mixed residential, 41 acres of commercial, and 10 acres of open space/park land. The Canyon Falls II Planned Development (PD) was approved by the Town of Argyle on October 23, 2007. Canyon Falls II has been included as part of Canyon Falls Municipal Utility District No. 1 created on December 29, 2008 for the Canyon Falls Master Planned community.
